Introduction
Participation in sports is beneficial for improving both physical and mental
fitness. Sports play an important role in students’ lives by promoting
discipline, patience, punctuality and teamwork. Regular involvement in sports
activities helps in reducing stress, anxiety and health issues while building
confidence, happiness and a positive attitude towards life.
The Sports Cell has been established to inspire students to be physically fit,
strong and energetic by engaging them in physical and mental exercises. It
promotes sportsmanship and develops leadership, teamwork, problem-solving
and management skills through participation in sports.
