Vision

Career College of Law is dedicated to achieve excellence in educating professionals, serving the public and fostering Justice. We aspire to prepare lawyers to serve their clients, the judicial system and the public with a high level of accomplishment and a commitment to the highest ideals of the Legal Profession. We strive to provide students with a well-rounded Legal Education.

Mission

  •   To advance and disseminate knowledge of Law and to inculcate strong research attitude in the students with a view to ensure its proper role in National Development.
  •   To prepare lawyers of tomorrow for handling legal issues not only restricted to the national boundaries but globally as well, by developing legal skills in core areas such as Business Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Laws and Trade Laws.
  •   To increase Legal awareness in the community and further the cause of social justice by providing Legal aid to the
  •   sections of the society
  • To develop in students and research scholars a sense of responsibility to serve the society by developing skills in advocacy, Judicial and other Legal Services.

  • All students are responsible for conducting themselves in manner that helps enhance the environment of learning, dignity, freedom, of each and individual in college campus.
  • Students are expected to abide by the rule and regulation of the college and maintain the high standards of discipline and dignified manner of behave inside as well as outside the college campus.
  • Students must fulfill the minimum 75% attendance criterion along with internal assessment test and project cum presentation of the semester system.
  • No student shall wander, wander or gather in verandah, corridor and staircase or loiter anywhere in College Campus and abstain himself from the classes.
  • All leave application (regular & medical) shall be submitted in time, for sanction by HOD and concerned mentors.
  • Application for medical leave shall be accompanied by valid medical certificates.
  • Student shall come to the college in appropriate uniforms with formal white shirts tucked into black trouser with black belt and for boys and white Kutras and black salwaar dupatta for girls with formal shoes.
  • Students are expected to maintain silence in the academic buildings, to maintain the decorum and not resort to any deviant behavior such as hooting, whistling, loitering etc. will be treated as an instance of indiscipline.
  • For independent study, students are encouraged to use the library, common computing facilities and resort to sitting in staircases or circulation areas where they could interfere with the free movement.
  • Keep the campus neat and clean. Do not throw trash/ waste anywhere in campus except in waste bins kept at different places in the college.
  • It is strictly prohibited to carry or consume intoxicants / psychotropic substance in any form or smoking or using chewing gum , tobacco , pan masala etc.
  • It is strongly advised to refrain from activities such as scribbling or noting on walls, door furniture which could deface the college and destroy the academic ambiance.
  • No collection of cash or kind is allowed without prior permission of Principal, HOD or Mentor.
  • Carefully handle the furniture, equipment, fixture and appliance of the college and labs.
  • Political activity in any form is strictly forbidden in college campus. Unauthorized meeting propaganda work, processions or fund collection are forbidden within the college.
  • Any violation or non-compliance of existing rules or any observed behavior that deviates from the vision and mission of Career College will invite penalty in the form of warning fine, calling of parents or any other disciplinary action can be taken by college authorities.
  • Students are expected to use public transport.
  • Students are adhering to the code of conduct and also abide by the rules mentioned in the rule book which is being provided along with the prospectus.
  • Ragging of students is a punishable by law and is strictly prohibited.

NOTE: Strict action will be taken against the student who fails to comply with the code of conduct.
